ABK GROUP originated from the desire to create a young and competitive industrial group.
It is the realisation of a business idea that takes the form of a holding company with the ability to adapt to new market requirements and the flexibly to rethink ceramic products to meet the changing needs of its customers.
Over the years, the mother company, ABK (the result of a merger of several brands acquired over time), has been joined by ARIANA (in 2000), which specialises in the production of Italian-style ceramic wall and floor tiles for homes, and by FLAVIKER-PISA (2007), one of Italy’s oldest and most historic ceramics manufacturers, with an established reputation for luxury porcelain stoneware.
The acquisition of these different companies did not create fragmentation within the group, rather it brought new impetus to the original business idea. Through the acquisition of heterogeneous brands and industrial concerns offering highly specialised types of product, ABK GROUP has become an extremely dynamic company, whose acquired human and financial capital mean it is now ready to embark on a fundamental, constructive growth process.
Today, ABK Group ranks among the nationally and internationally recognised leaders in the ceramics market and distributors worldwide acknowledge it as a business partner of excellence.
